Studio equipment

We have spent considerable amounts of time and energy researching every single piece of equipment and software in our studio in order to succesfully complete the most demanding of musical projects. The philosophy that underlines all of the purchasing of studio equipment and software at WhiteHill is simply this; will this purchase enable us to produce music of a higher audio quality? Or will it enables us to work more efficiently (meaning less time clicking through menus and equipment settings and therefore more time spent being creative)? With audio companies and manufacturers bringing out the latest and greatest must-have product almost daily, it is important to remember that the quality of the finished product is likely to be much greater by concentrating on learning how to use (and abuse) the equipment you already have; rather than getting caught up in the hardware arms race (as difficult as that is!).
